The host was very nice even though he didn't speak English very well.
The beds were comfortable.
There was no hot water in the evening nor in the morning. The stove and the additional gas tank were not working so no tea or coffee in the morning. The included breakfast was poor but at least we got some water.
The location is quite close to the restaurants so if you prefer a more quite place, this may not be appropriate for you because of the loud music at later hours (this was not a problem for me).
