The room is modern, well designed and clean
The room is fully automated for door locking, lights, and air condition. BUT it is a total disaster. First the full automation is not nice, but I would not mind if it worked. Nothing works as it should. Lights turn on on their own. The roller shutter started opening or closing on its own, the air condition would never go to chill settings so I had to open the window, and the ventilation in the toilet (altough I deselected the auto mode) kept running the whole night. Lights kept turning on on their own, I could not turn off the lights (3 different lights in a small WC !!! and 4 switches which do not have a clear ON or OFF status). The light switches etc delay 1-3 seconds to apply and it takes ages to realize which corresponds to what. This type of automation is a total disaster!!! Additionally, I asked to extend my stay for one day, and i was locked outside the room because codes expired and I got a message i would get a new code at 15.00!!!! I texted them and luckily fixed this issue earlier. In general this type of automation made the experience quite dystopic.

Value for money , very convenient location.
The smell , the room was very smelly most probably coming from the draining.
