Great location in the middle of the village, close to the beach. The rooms were fairly furnished and fairly clean. Thankfully, our apartment was on the shaded side of the building with the sun blocked by a maple tree. The windows had insect nets, which are a must these days. You can also park the car in the yard (2 places available for 3 apartments), which is great considering that Nea Kallikrateia is always full of cars and parking spots are difficult to find even in September.
The Airbnb-style, with no one taking out the trash, replacing towels, or cleaning the apartment during our stay (10 days). We contacted the property management company, and they were very accommodating, providing the trash bags, as well as fresh towels and bed liners. We had to take out the trash ourselves, which was not difficult considering the garbage bins were at each intersection. The description on Booking.com says daily cleaning is provided for a fee, but there is no information about the fee. People book their vacations on Booking.com, and they expect hotel-like services. No one is going into their vacation to clean the rooms and take out garbage. Had we known this was the case, we'd chosen a different property.
A very bad point, especially for people with allergies: the window wall had mold, and the smell was obvious.
Keep in mind that the water is heated by the sun, and the installation was clearly not sized properly for the number of guests. The room next to us had 4 guests most of the time, despite being just a 2-person room, and this added to hot water consumption. If you don't like cold water, make sure to bathe while the sun is still shining. Bathing in the morning is a big no-no.
Also, the kitchenette was not very well equipped; we had to buy ourselves a small pan to make an omelette. There was only a huge pot, which is not helpful unless you really want to do some serious cooking (who does during their vacation?). The vitroceramic stove took a long time to heat, with very poor efficiency. Note to the host: just buy an induction stove; it uses the same power but is much faster and more efficient. You'll thank me later, after you notice the savings in the electricity bill.
About the WiFi: It exists. However, don't expect it to work. You cannot use it for work or even browsing. The fastest speed I got was 100 kbps, and that was when I was alone at the property.

Location was good. It is 5 minutes walking to city center and restaurants. The host Nakis was polite and responded fast to our questions.
The apartment was not in good condition. It was raining one night and water started leaking in through the roof and running down the walls. We stayed for 5 nights and the towels and sheets were never changed.
