There are 4 things I look for is a must with any accommodation : comfortable bed, functional bathroom with enough hot water, cleanliness and location. This apartment was right in the centre of Kavala, great location. The bedroom was airy, large and the bed was amazing. The apartment was clean, the kitchen adequate, but could do with a days supply of coffee. The bathroom was nice and modern but the hot water was none existent, unfortunately 35 degrees is not classified as hot.
The shower hot water did not go above 35 degrees. And although the apartment was lovely, it could have been outstanding if it added a few special touches like a tea towel in the kitchen, coffee and sugar for the morning and although had a washing machine at least a handful of washing powder for one use if needed.

Perfect service and great location. Good communication with the owner. Very clean and tidy - stylish and modern. Great atmosphere from the small street with many cafes and small shops but no noise from outside. I recommend it.
