Vilamoura Marina Apartment with swimming pool

The apartment location was perfect. It was a five minute walk to the Marina, the local Spar Supermarket and the Family Golf attraction. The property was immaculate with all that you need.

The Swimming Pool was in need of a refurb and poolside furniture was in very poor condition. This may be due to low season, but I would think in high season the resort would put newer and more furniture poolside.

The location was very good, close to the marina but far enough away to protect you from the noise on an evening. Contact with the owners and their representative was excellent and that contact continued throughout the time we were there. The apartment is extremely well equipped at every level. Car parking was right outside which is a bonus in Vilamoura !

A little bit difficult to find the building initially but easily sorted out via a WhatsApp message. Contact is very easy.

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Umfangreiche Einrichtung. Extra Poolliegen und Strand Sachen sind vor Ort. Parkplätze und Supermarkt alles direkt vor Ort. Übergabe hat gut geklappt und Verwaltung ist vor Ort . WhatsApp Kontakt auch mit dem Vermieter. Strand in Laufweite ca 20 Minuten.

Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass die anderen Apartments an feiernde Schüler und Studenten vermietet waren. Es wurde regelmäßig die Nacht zum Tag gemacht unter enormer Lärmbelastung. Die Polizei musste mehrfach eingeschaltet werden. An Schlaf war daher nicht zu denken. Der Pool ist ( wie in den anderen Kommentaren erwähnt) sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Poolliegen dort waren dreckig oder kaputt. Ansonsten gibt es nur Tische/keine Stühle. In der Wohnung an sich müssten kleinere Sachen mal gemacht werden, alles in allem aber ganz guter Zustand.
