VilamouraSun Aquamar 518 - Fantástico Vista

The views from the Balcony over the Marina were excellent - watching the world go by. Ample room for 4 Adults i also think the main sofa was a sofa bed but we didn't use it. Kitchen was well equipped and had a serving hatch and in the lounge a great table for everyone. The reception staff are very friendly an accommodating and dealt with all requests we had.

Maybe the 2nd bathroom is a tad small however the shower in it is superb.

Great stay at Vilamoura Sun Aquamar. Friendly staff & clean facilities. The location is perfect for the Marina. We will return next year.

We liked the location and the view

Seems a little tired and unloved- not as sleek as in photos. Would suggest a welcome pack, check there’s no leaks ( we had a leaky sink) fix the air con so it doesn’t blast out in the bunk bed room but services main living area. Check light bulbs in lamps etc. and add a picture or vase here and there to make it more welcoming. Otherwise it’s a good apartment

Good location

Poor internet as only using the complex internet, we rented a different apartment last year that had its own internet and this was much better. Lack of basic items such as a corkscrew or bottle opener. Advertised as maid service but did not receive any change of linen. Beds very uncomfortable. Very cheap outside table and chairs given the cost of the property. No safe. Sofa in very bad state with peeling faux leather covering. No pool towels as advertised. Balcony glass was absolutely filthy and whole apartment needed a good clean, when manager was informed the morning, after we arrived at 9.30pm the evening before, he said we should have told him when we arrived! That old chestnut!! The Apartment could be very nice but I would say a change in management is required as the current management really do not seem too bothered.
