Sarti Premium Suites

It is very clean, very near to the beach, you have everything you need for you summer vacation. Even the curtains smelled like just washed. I will recommend it.

Unfortunately you can hear everything, the walls are very thin and the cleaning ladies each morning were dropping some things around 8AM and the other guests were slapping the doors and if you are a late sleeper- this is not the place for you.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. It had two bathrooms, a large terrace, and even small things like a basin for washing and a clothes dryer which were very handy. Daily cleaning was done and honestly, cleanliness was excellent – really deserves praise. Parking was big and easy to access.

For something called a premium suite, I expected better quality. The mattress was completely worn out, uncomfortable, and squeaked with every move. The “living room” was basically just a room with two beds - even when set up differently, it never felt like a proper living room or sofa area. In the kitchen, there was no frying pan, so cooking was a bit limited. The terrace, while big, had staff sitting right in front of it, so it didn’t feel private at all, and sometimes they were noisy. What bothered me most was that the cleaning ladies asked for a tip two days before we were leaving. That felt really uncomfortable - in a premium apartment, tips should be optional and left at the end if the guest chooses, not requested in advance.

Starting with the location - absolutely perfect. The beach is 1 minute away from the hotel, less than a minute maybe. The beach is stunning. The hotel also has its own beach bar with great service and food. Town center is about 20 minute walk away which was also great for a walk after dinner. Parking space was no issue at all. Staff are very kind and friendly! You can even order breakfast to your room which was very convenient. We found the room to be very clean, comfy bed and pillows! Communication with the owner was also top notch.

Only one complaint which is not really the hotels fault. The mornings (after 8 am) can be quite noisy. If other guests are outside and talk loudly, or their children, you can hear it all. It seems like the doors were not really soundproof.

The friendliness of the staff.

I booked at Sarti Premium Suites because it seemed new and quiet. There were several messages upfront with the owner regarding my check-in time. They asked me to check in at the desk of their other older hotel, Agni on the beach, which was around the corner of Sarti Premium Suites. Only when i arrived for check-in, they told me 'Sarti Premium Suites' was actually closed and they had given me a room at 'Agni on the Beach'. Although the staff was friendly, this felt as a rip-off. They could have let me know sooner, but they waited until i was actually there. If they want to close their hotel because it's end-of-season or some other reason, then they should not put availability on Booking!
