Really lovely property, in a very convenient location (5 minute walk to Cargills, which is the start of the main touristy road). Pool is really nice and well kept (as were the sunloungers). The host Kash is a really nice man who also speaks fluent English which is super helpful! This was my final stay in Sri Lanka and it has been one of the few I have left a review (as reviews seem less important here as every property is 8.5/10+ due to fake reviews!) Overall could not reccomend more - crazy good value!

Great little place in Negombo. Kash picked us up at airport early in the morning it was appreciated as our flight had been delayed. Full of information and helped book forward trip to next stop. Would highly recommend this stay.

Fab little hotel with great little pool after day at the nearby beach and beach bar. Staff very friendly and so helpful. Just a short stroll to main strip with lots of restaurants. Would recommend Yagga for food. Loved it here and would definitely recommend ☺️
