About this house rental
Sat-Sat only! WIRELESS INTERNET. 5 BEDROOMS sleeps up to 12 , ceiling fans, air conditioning, as well as 4 TV's w/ cable and HBO, SHOWTIME, etc. 3 UPDATED FULL BATHS w/ hair dryer. KITCHEN and DINING AREA are equipped with all necessary pans, plates, silverware, wine glasses, coffee maker, and other utensils. LIVING ROOM is comfortably furnished with new furniture a new 46 INCH FLAT SCREEN HDTV with BLUERAY DVD/ VCR. Living room and kitchen both have ceiling fans and A/C. The entire area has been newly painted and the carpeting and beds in the house has been professional steamed- cleaned. LAUNDRY ROOM (NEW DRYER & WASHER) is located in the lower level, just outside two of the bedrooms and a brand new full bathroom. OUTDOOR AREA features a patio and gazebo, gas grille, tables, Fire pit, and chairs. A large back yard is fenced for your younger children to enjoy. OUTDOOR SHOWER- with hot and cold running water. There is ample parking 9 CARS or your BOAT. (Fishing is unbelievable!)

The house fit our family well. We LOVED the side yard with the seating, gazebo, fire pit, and grill. In the house, the floors could have been cleaner. We had a baby crawling, and she would get her knees, hands and feet pretty dirty. The space was large enough for all of us to be together.

We are third time vacationers. Unfortunately, a series of problems befell us and the whole crowd was not able to come.
The daughter, son-in-law and friend who got there had a great time.

Pros: Great location in quiet neighborhood 10 m walk to incredible Scarborough Beach. Outdoor setup was wonderful for large family gathering with plenty of space for kids to run around and play in the kiddy pools. Beds were comfy and rooms were quiet. Appreciated the combo of ceiling fans and air conditioners in each bedroom.
Come: Nowherewothout linens in the listing does it actually state that linens and towels are not provided. There is a note at the end of the 90 amenities that you can rent linens from a local company. We arrived at night with my 93 year old mother and everyone had to sleep with no sheets or pillowcases. Called three companies - all out of linens for a week. Called, emailed and texted Mike right away but no response. Next day got a text apologizing for not having seen our communications and stating that linens aren’t provided. Period. Thankfully one of the companies took pity on us and called to say they had located some
Sheets and would deliver the next day. Mike -
change your listing, keep your phone with you if you’re renting so you can respond right away and provide some support. That’s what a good host should do.
Second misleading part of the listing wa that there are four beds in one of the downstairs rooms. There are only two and there isn’t room
For two cots. And there were only 8 forks which we let Mike know about - no response. At least supply enough forks for one meal!
