Residential homes meet a mix of restaurants, theaters, shopping, and night life is how I would describe the Overton Square area. Typical midtown homes built around the 1920's surround Memphis's entertainment district including Playhouse on the Square, Hattiloo Theater, Circuit Playhouse, and Theater Works, not to mention a Malco Cinema (Studio on the Square) there is no shortage of fun to be had! In addition, Overton Square is bordered to the north by Overton Park, one of Memphis' true gems.

We are about a 10 minute ride to downtown. Typical fares for Uber or Lyft to downtown are about $10.
