Freshly painted and kitchen remodel (March 2017) furnished 985 square foot Palm Desert ground floor level condo in the gated community of Royal Palms. This complex has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and a fitness facility.
Walk out the patio door to a south facing deck in warm sun all day.
There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed with an en- suite bathroom (step in shower) and washer and dryer. The other bedroom has two single beds. The main full bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Two designated parking stalls, WiFi included (and free), tile throughout and a family friendly unit. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you require to make your vacation stay a great one.
Excellent location to shopping, golf courses, superb restaurants, Indian Wells Tennis Courts, The Living Desert, Factory Outlet Mall and many other attractions.

It was appointed with everything needed to feel at home. The owner and property manager were very responsive. The overall condo units were well maintained and inviting.. the location was ideal.

Hi-Ann was an amazing host. She deserves 5 stars. Plenty of supplies, the place was immaculate and the pool and hot tub was wonderful. Great responsiveness to questions. The place was great for three adults. Great value in a great part of Palm Desert. Than you, Jo-Ann.

The check in was seamless, we loved the keypad instead of having to worry about a key, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc, and the unit felt nice and clean when we arrived. We tried to sit out on the tiny little patio a few times because it was so warm, but the noise from Washington Street was too much for us.The KS bed was very comfortable which we appreciated.It is an old unit that is definitely showing it's age, and there is way too much "stuff" everywhere, but it was centrally located for what we wanted to do. And we enjoyed using the hot tub which was just across the street!
