About this house rental

High ceilings in the living room and bedrooms, tile floor throughout the house. Citrus trees around. Easy access to shopping, tennis and golf facilities. Spacious upgraded kitchen with center island and a breakfast nook. Separate dining area and a library. King bed in master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom and a twin bed in the third bedroom. Large flat TV sets in the living room and master bedroom (premium cable included). Two car garage, ample parking is available outside.

Really enjoyed staying at this home. Gated community and close to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. All the comforts of home. Nice yard wi lemon trees ripe for the picking. Will always be on my list to stay in the future.

Unfortunately was unable to read the questions for each star. I gave the property 5 all the way around as we had a positive experience. Yuri was very attentive and helpful. The property is close to restaurants, grocery and lots of golf (which was the purpose of the trip). Easy access to property and very quiet area.

Very good location. The property is extremely tired and needs work. That being said, it needs cleaning. It was very dirty.
