The inviting living room offers a new flat-screen TV with a soundbar, comfortable seating, and custom cabinetry. A fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and barstool seating. The kitchen overlooks the dining area with seating for four guests.
The relaxing bedroom showcases a queen-sized bed, a new flat-screen TV with a soundbar, built-in shelving, and a custom window bench perfect for enjoying the view. The updated en suite bathroom features double sinks and a large tile shower. The villa is also equipped with a half bathroom.
Take in sweeping ocean views and enjoy the coastal breezes from the villa's covered oceanfront balcony. The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers seating for four and is the perfect place to sip coffee or enjoy meals together.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
The front exterior entrance of this villa building has a short flight of stairs, with an ADA-compliant ramp up to the first floor, with access to an elevator or use of adjacent stairs.

We’ve stayed at Kiawah for about 8 years and this was our favorite spot. It was sparkling clean, had a gorgeous view with a table on the balcony for us to enjoy our meals. Bedding and towels were good quality and the window seat was an added touch! The location cannot be beat. Beach is steps away and we also loved walking to The Nest for coffee each day.

Beach view was great - right out the window, condo was clean and just as we saw in the pictures, the location is really convenient - situated between and easy walking distance to Nest/Treehouse and Sanctuary/tennis courts… we would certainly rent this location again.
