About this house rental

This home is in the heart of the Mayan Riviera. 10 minute walk to Xcacel Beach, one of Mexico's finest beaches. A turtle sanctuary where no development is permitted. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Outside in the front yard and back yard are an abundance of tropical plantings to give you privacy and tranquility. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchen and sit in the private backyard. Your property manager Christina will assist you in whatever your needs may be. This is an ideal location as a base to explore the Mayan coast.

We tried Chan Chemuyil for the first time & it did not disappoint. Very cute little house. Basic as advertised but had every comfort we needed for our trip. We will be back :)

We stayed at this nice little house for 2 weeks. Thomas the owner is very responsive and took care of everything we needed even after our check in. Property manager Patricio and his wife Ellena are very nice and kind people and always checked on us. The house has everything you need. There is no TV setup, which we were grateful for. The back patio is very cute and has a hammock and outdoor shower. There is a small but lovely town Chemuyil 2 minutes away and has small stores for basic every day needs. We had wonderful here and loved our stay.
