Play in the Redwoods with your family! Within one mile of Cazadero; three miles of Duncan Mills; near Monte Rio and Guerneville!! All located in the Russian River Area. Play in the creek or go to the coast! Go wine tasting or Canoeing! Eat in Occidental! It's just two hours away from the San Francisco Bay Area.

Very peaceful close to a couple little towns for any of your needs not too far from the beaches neighbors are pretty close, but it was quite peaceful cause neither place on the left or right had any occupants at the time

The location is a little bit hard to find. A sign closer to the front of the property would be helpful. Additionally, they should check with their housekeeping to make sure they are doing an adequate job. There was open salad dressings and leathery tangerines in the fridge, as well as bits of food left o n the 'clean' utensils in the drawer. I tried to use the vacuum from the closet, but it needs repair, as it spit out more dust than it picked up. This is probably a great spot for the summertime, but I don't really recommend it for winter.
