About this cottage rental
GREAT LOCATION!!!!!
This rental is for 6 people.
Cottage, 3 Bedrooms, 1 Baths - .Address: 1027 Club Sebago Way. We are the house to the left of the water fountain if you are looking at it. It is a corner lot with tons of privacy. We are on the 9th hole of the golf course. We are a minute drive to the beach in a car/ golf cart rental or a 6 minute walk through the gated community to the beach.
We have Central AC, a grill, and a golf cart to rent for an additional fee. We have 2 flat screen smart TVs.
Check in Saturday 3pm - check out Saturday 11am sharp. Cleaning group comes right at 11am. There is no late checkout.
Per night rent $275 plus these fees:
$100 total for cleaning fee and PS registration fee note: cleaning is for inside. The cottage is under trees for shade and the deck can be covered in pollen, there is a broom to sweep ( non refundable even if you cancel this fee is kept)- completed signed rental agreement form.
Our cottage is a smoke free three bedroom with high speed internet.. One bedroom has twin bunk beds. The second has 2 twin beds, and a trundle, and the master has a queen bed. Our cottage is fully furnished with central AC and heat. The living area has a couch that has a pull out queen bed. Our peninsula seats 6. We have a large outside deck with a patio set that seats 6. We also have a fire pit in the back yard for roasting s'mores.
The kitchen has full size appliances and includes a toaster, microwave, and a coffee machine. The cabinets are stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, bowls, pots and pans. We also have a grill and utensils on the deck.
If you would like to rent a golf cart from us that is on the property.. just let us know .. we charge $400 for the week
9% Maine sales tax
($250 refundable damage and cleaning security deposit- refunded 7 days after departure)

Note: VRBO charges renters a service fee for using their service; owners do not get this fee
All payments must be made on time or the rental will be canceled.
When renting from us your signed rental contract means you agree to all the rules and regulations outlined on the VRBO and Homeaway sites and on our specific VRBO rental ad.
NOTE: Point Sebago has instituted a new rental registration fee . The fee for registered guests to access to the Point Sebago Resort amenities on site (beach, tiki bar, arcade, and all activities) is $10.00 per night per person. This charge will be paid via check made out directly from you to Point Sebago. We apologize for this unfortunate change.

Kelly was a great host. This was my first time renting with VRBO and she made it so easy. My family has been at Point Sebago every summer for the last 36 years and we absolutely love it. The unit was great. A ton of space. (More than I needed for just me ;) ) I would absolutely rent this unit again.
