The city center is a 15-minute walk from the Marcel Proust promenade.
Privatized parking at the bottom of the building (essential in spring and summer).

1 main room with sofa bed (+ duvet and 2 pillows with pillow protectors and pads), flat screen TV with USB key, removable table (low or high) and folding (possibility to enlarge the table). Coffee table near the sofa. Multiple storage. 1 lamp + reading lamp.
Double-glazed French window with shutters with access to large balcony. Japanese pans on rails.
1 independent room with bed 2 people (140 x 190) with duvet and 2 pillows (pillow protectors and pad). Small shelf and large wardrobe with wardrobe and drawers. Window with shutters.
1 cot and a mattress are at your disposal (free of charge)
A fully equipped kitchen with 1 vitro 4 burners, double sink, extractor hood, TOP fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven + grill, toaster, coffee maker, Senséo coffee machine, kettle, various utensils, crockery, glasses, mugs, bowls, dishes, salad bowls ... etc ... various arrangements. A service on wheels. Under the sink is a step board and all the necessary cleaning products during your stay.

Our pets are allowed if they are small and very clean.
Cleaning must be done by yourself before your departure. a check of household security of 50 euros will be asked upon your arrival on the spot, it will be returned to you after your departure and after checking the cleanliness of the apartment.
