About this apartment rental
You live on the upper floor of a two-family house in Berlin Neukölln Rudow on 60 m2 in a quiet residential area. The apartment has a large kitchen, a small living room, which can be separated from the kitchen with a large sliding door, a bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment is bright and especially in the evening, the sun is still really nice in the kitchen. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is fully equipped, d. H. Crockery, cutlery, towels, pillows, blankets, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fast wi-fi etc. are available.
The bathroom is equipped with bathtub, separate shower, a wide vanity, toilet and towel radiator.
The bed has a width of 1.40 m. In addition, there is a sofa bed on the other 2 people can sleep comfortably.
The apartment is reached via the staircase in the building. The apartment is located separately upstairs and is of course lockable.
The campus Adlershof of the Humboldt University is about 4 km, the airport Schönefeld about 6 km away (do not worry, from the aircraft noise you get virtually nothing). The Hurricane Factory is about 10 minutes drive away, the Tropical Island about 40 minutes drive. Berlin's hotspots such as Kurfürstendamm, Alexanderplatz, Tempelhofer Feld, Oranienstraße, Bergmannstraße, Karl-Marx-Allee, TV Tower, East Side Gallery can be reached in 30 to 40 minutes by train, car or bicycle.
But also the surrounding area offers great opportunity for cycling, z. For example, to the horseshoe settlement, through Brandenburg villages or the wall cycle path, the former inner German border. There are many animals to see in the pastures of the farms, many riding stables and pony rides for children.
Until subway line 7 is about 10 minutes on foot. Parking is free on the property or in front of the house. If you arrive by plane, there is a possibility that I will pick you up from the airport by appointment. If required, two bicycles can also be provided.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und der Lage. Auch wenn man bis zur U-Bahn und zum nächsten Einkaufsmarkt 10 Minuten laufen muss, entschädigt einen die sehr ruhige Umgebung. Alles war so, wie es versprochen wurde. Sehr nette und ruhige Vermieter. Leider konnten wir uns nicht verabschieden, weil wir früh los mussten und nicht stören wollten. Wenn man etwas zu meckern suchen würde, könnte man vielleicht noch eine Sat-Schüssel anbringen, denn nur ARD und 3. Programme ist in der heutigen Zeit doch etwas wenig. Wir hatten Gott sei Dank viel vor und schönes Wetter und einen Lap-Top dabei, so dass es uns nicht gestört hat. W-Lan einwandfrei. Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Jederzeit wieder.

Nah genug an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und schnell im Zentrum, und doch im Grünen und in der Ruhe, befindet sich die stilvoll moderne Zwei-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung, zum einen separat und zum anderen nicht allein. Ich habe die Wohnung, das Ambiente und auch die akustische Familiennähe sehr genossen. Der Empfang war sehr nett, verbindlich und unkompliziert sowie die Abwicklung.
Ich bedanke mich sehr und komme bald wieder.

Wir hatten wunderbar entspannte Tage in Berlin mit herzlichen Gastgebern und einer Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen ganz bestimm wieder. Herzlichen Dank für alles!
