quiet apartment on Lake Neuensien

Welcome to the Baltic Sea Sellin, in the district Neuensien!   We rent in a beautiful natural location, a modern and lovingly furnished apartment (38 sqm, 1 living room, 1 bedroom, kitchenette, shower / WC, terrace max 2 adults and a child up to 16 years).   The 2004 newly built house, in which the Ferienwonhnung are located very quiet in a residential area very close to Lake Neuensien. It is only about 3,000 m to the kilometer-long, fine sandy beach on the Baltic Sea. The Ostseebad Sellin with its district neuensien, in which our house is located, belongs to the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen with beautiful, unspoiled nature. If you like, you can start the day with a bath in the Neuensiener See!   The apartment has a terrace with garden furniture or a seating area in the garden. There is a possibility to barbecue.   Fresh towels are provided upon arrival and beds are already made with linen. Further details can be found in the detailed description of the apartment.   A parking lot is available directly at the house. Rental bikes can be brought directly to the object on request. It is approximately 2,000 meters to the public transport bus stop.

The apartment on Lake Neuensiener has a separate entrance. It is about 38 square meters, has space for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child up to 16 years and was modernly decorated. The living room has a comfortable couch with table and a modern flat screen TV. There is also a dining table with chairs. From the living room you can also access the terrace with the garden furniture. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, extractor, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe. Upon request, a folding bed for the third guest can be set up here. On arrival fresh towels are ready and the beds are of course already with linen. The modern bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and vanity.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 22:00 and departures from 06:00 to 10:00.
