On the top of the resort, the residence LES PISTES is 200 m from the center, ski slopes, chairlift Sybelle-Express and the snow front of Corbier. Free shuttle stop from the station in front of the building. The ESF is 300m from the residence easily accessible. Free parking spaces on site. You leave and ski back to the feet! The apartment (3 rooms-6P) is bright (S-S-O), comfortable, well equipped, clean. Sun side view and tracks .. Apartment T3-6 beds- 1 room with bed 2P. 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. 1 living room with a pull-out bed 2 places. Polar blankets provided. Fitted wardrobes with hangers in all rooms. Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, plate 4 hobs, oven with microwave function nine. Coffee machine with pods or filter, fridge. Flat screen TV. 4th floor (elevator) with balcony + view tracks. 3 real pieces. Ski room Clean, comfortable, sunny S. I / O. O
Home on site for handing over the keys, inventory of fixtures in / out, sheets provided, towels and tea towels are not provided. A deposit of 300 € is added to your rental price. It will be returned in full 7 days after your stay if and only if no damage or theft has been noticed. € 50 will be charged IF AND ONLY IF the final cleaning has not been done (everything is available in the apartment to do a quick and efficient cleaning with floors vacuumed and washed, a bathroom, a kitchen and sanitary cleaned, a fridge and emptied bins, etc ...)). Point positifs :
- draps fournis : top !
- les gestionnaires de l'appartement sont présents en journée dans le bâtiment.
- on peut réserver le pain la veille et on nous le livre le matin : génial !
- station sympa et vue sympa sur les pistes et les dameuses le soir :D
Points négatifs :
- local à ski vraiment petit (il n'est pas facile de faire tenir toutes les chaussures + les skis, il faut les empiler, mais du coup elles prennent la neige).
- Il n'y a plus personne le soir si vous avez un souci. En effet, en ce qui nous concerne, nous avons eu un problème l'avant-dernier jour : pas d'eau chaude en revenant du ski. Mais plus personne à l'accueil du bâtiment car on a attendu 19h pour appeler histoire de savoir s'il fallait simplement attendre que le ballon chauffe. Je passe les détails des différentes conversations avec les gestionnaires et le proprio par téléphone. Le lendemain on avait toujours pas d'eau chaude et on partait le soir. Les gestionnaires du bâtiment ont été un peu de mauvaise foi quand on a rendu les clés. Genre "on vous a proposé hier soir de vous ouvrir un autre appartement ce matin pour que vous puissiez vous doucher", alors qu'on ne nous a jamais dit cela la veille. Le proprio était un peu plus compréhensif et touché par notre souci mais ne pouvait pas faire grand chose à part appeler un plombier une fois que nous avions quitté l'appart.
Donc pour conclure, l'appart est bien mais faut pas avoir un souci en soirée car il n'y aura personne pour vous aider.
