Rien à dire sur l'appartement il est très bien, mais malheureusement nous avons passé une semaine épouvantable à cause des locataires de l'appartement situé au dessus (3ème étage) sans respect pour les autres...notamment la nuit, et ce même après l'avoir signalé plusieurs fois à l'agence et au concierge. Petit bémol pour le clic-clac qui serait à changer pas confortable du tout.

Location conforme aux attentes avec un léger bémol concernant l'insonorisation de l'appartement. L'immeuble datant des années 70 l'insonorisation date de l'époque également et l'on n'échappe pas aux bruits de pas, et d'ouvertures des baies vitres des appartements de l'étage supérieur. Comme le but n'est pas de rester dans l'appartement ceci n'est pas rédhibitoire non plus. l'accès aux pistes "presque" chaussures aux pied est un plus (léger manque de neige au pied de l'immeuble cette semaine là)
