For the month of August

Studio very bright without opposite, entirely renovated, 1st floor small building with elevator and secure entry. All in new double glazing.

Fully equipped kitchen: oven / hob / fridge-freezer / washer dryer / coffee maker / microwave / dishes
Living room: bed BZ 140cm, desk / dining table / dresser / TV TNT / armchair / ceiling fan for the summer
Shower room: shower cabin and washbasin
Entrance with cupboard

The street is one of the most popular streets of Avignon, at the crossroads with the Rue des Teinturiers, next to Les Halles, near the Place de l'Horloge. You will do all the center of Avignon on foot!

Bus stop down the street. Paying parking des Halles 5 min walk. Free parking for Italians 20 min walk. City center and SNCF stations 10/15 min by bus

Très bonne expérience du début à la fin, les propriétaires sont adorables et disponibles pour toute question sur le logement et même pendant le séjour si besoin de quelque chose. Cette location a été parfaite, elle a correspondu exactement à ce que nous voulions, c'est-à-dire au centre d'Avignon, en plein cœur du Festival. Nous sommes absolument enchantées. L'accueil a été chaleureux, à notre écoute. L'appartement est charmant, d'une propreté remarquable, double vitrage et ventilateur appréciables par temps de festival.
