it was SO loud. The guy next door had a rave until 4 am and the next night the bar noise outside was so loud until 5 am and then people were in the streets working at 0630 that morning. Obviously not the fault of the owners but I got 0 sleep the whole weekend

The location is very good. The room is very clean with all the equipment. Host contact is also very detailed.

There is a restaurant downstairs, which was very noisy until midnight.

I travel all over the world for work. This is one of the better places I have stayed. The owner is welcoming. The location is ideal. A lot has been done with the space. You can really tell that the owner put extra effort into every detail. I highly recommend this apartment.

El studio esta impecable en cuanto a limpieza y tiene todo lo necesario , inclusive lavadora que utilice. la ubicacion es muy buena a pocas cuadras de la estacion de tren y bus y en pleno centro historico.- El anfition responde al instante cualquier necesidad y da instrucciones precisas para acceder al studio

es pequeño y si bien tiene todo lo necesario creo que es para una persona sola o dos con poco equipaje. Por otro lado el sillon cama hay que armarlo y desarmar todos los dias para optimizar el espacio pequeño. El colchon y las almohadas para dormir son muy incomodos. creo que es un punto a solucionar urgente. Los demas es excelente todo

La fonctionnalité du studio

Le bruit, le studio est situé au dessus d'un restaurant et à proximité d'une boîte de nuit, l'absence d'isolation vous fait vivre avec l'environnement directement, à savoir également que dès 5h du matin vous subissez le bruit des services de nettoyage (des containers sont à 20 mètres de l'immeuble...) mais vous subissez aussi les livraisons, comme le studio n'est pas équipé de double vitrage vous vivez directement avec la rue, sans compter la proximité d'un voisin très bruyant. Les parties communes sont peu pratiques et sale.

C'est la troisième fois que je séjourne dans ce studio, jamais déçue. Propre, belle déco, equipement optimal, confortable ! Et bien situé dans la ville ...

Peut-être une notice pour allumer le chauffage dans la salle de bains que je n'ai pas réussi à mettre en route .... 🙃

Zentrale Lage war sehr gut, Schlafqualität wegen zu viel Lärm beide Nächte miserabel.

Nachts sehr lärmig von sehr lauten Männern und Frauen, die schrien und grölten, bei geschlossenen Fenstern auch hörbar, es hat keine kleinen Lampen auf jeder Seite des Bettes um noch zu lesen, nur grelle Deckenlampe
