Extremely close to the beach! Literally right on the water. Close to the tavern, convenience store, and nearby coffee shops. Place was clean and extremely updated, and tidy.
The hardest criticism is better pillows in the bedrooms, but that’s being nitpicky.

Absolutely stunning view! Variety of restaurants, surf club and hotel, corner store and great coffee within walking distance. Unit comfortably housed our 5 guests
