A wonderful location close to Kings Beach.
The home itself is quite old and run down. Not at all as light and airy as it appears to be in the photographs.
The property in front is under construction and a 2 story home has obstructed the beautiful view advertised in the photos.
The yard has a large lawn space but unfortunately it is not enclosed so there isn’t a safe area for children to play.
