Quiet air-conditioned house with garden, 900 meters from the beaches

The house, with a surface area of 34 m², is a recent air-conditioned one-room apartment consisting of a kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The house overlooks a 60 m² exterior facing south and shaded. You will have a garden furniture (1 table, 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs) and a large parasol, as well as a plancha.
The house has 2 beds of very good quality. A bed in the bedroom with sleeping dimensions 140x190 cm and a sofa bed in the living room with sleeping dimensions 188x128 cm. 2 pillows per bed, dimensions 45 x 70 cm.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, iron)
The house is attached to our main house by our garage and there is no opposite between the two houses. The land is fully fenced and you can park your vehicle in front of the T2 house. As we live there, this allows us to be readily available to inform you if necessary during your stay. The house is in the Saint Jean district and it is located 650 m from the heart of the village-style district where you will find a bakery, delicatessen, convenience store, ATMs, fishmonger, newsagent / tobacco shop, bars, hairdresser, restaurants, pharmacy, post office.
The beaches of Saint Jean, its small port and its nautical base with multiple activities are thus accessible in 10 minutes on foot (900 m) from the house. From the first beaches, you can go up the 3 kilometers of coastline with these multiple beaches towards the old port and the city center of La Ciotat.

The district
The neighborhood is particularly quiet and it will not be tolerated to make noise during the night between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. The first beaches are 900m away.

By car: 5 minutes from the A50 exit - La Ciotat
By train by TER from Marseille or Toulon - La Ciotat station: 1100 m on foot from the house.
A stop is 700 m from the house, giving access to the La Ciotat bus network.

Internal rules:
- Animals are prohibited.
- Accommodation capacity limited to 4 people.
- You will have to respect the place as if you were at home.
- The decoration candles must not be lit.
- When using (cooking) and cleaning pots, pans and plancha, do not use a metal utensil or abrasive so as not to damage or scratch their Teflon coating.
- The plancha must be cleaned by yourself after use.
- Smoking is prohibited in the house. An ashtray is available outside.

- You must bring your tea towels.

Availability:
From 01 June to 31 August, the duration of stay is 7 nights and the rental is from Saturday (arrival 3 p.m.) to Saturday (departure 10 a.m.).
Possible stay of 2 nights minimum September 01 to May 31.

Strict cancellation conditions:
If you cancel more than a week before entering the premises, you will be reimbursed at 50%. If you have to cancel within a week of your trip, your payment is not refundable.

* Rental will be from Saturday to Saturday.
* No access for the disabled.
* We speak French, English spoken, Se hàbla español.
* We will be discreet during your stay, but very attentive to all your questions and to give you all other information, so do not hesitate to contact us if necessary.
* We do not accept holiday vouchers or Western Union transfers.
