We rate this place a 10! Very clean and comfortable. Nice quiet setting yet close to down town for sightseeing. The hosts were very friendly and literally on-call if needed. Hot tub was all preset and worked great! The little chocolates were also a nice touch!

We absolutely love staying here! Owners are super nice and the property is very charming. Super clean, spacious, beds are comfortable and very quiet. We have stayed here several times and will continue. It’s our favorite!

This place has become a "home away from home" as I visit twice a year to see my 93 year old aunt and enjoy New Braunfels after more than 70 years of vacations as a child and adult in this wonderful town. The Hosts take good care of it, I appreciate the washer/dryer access and full kitchen. Quiet, private and homey. PLUS CATS!!
