We had a wonderful stay! The hosts communicated well and made everything easy and pleasant. Very cute, clean house and a great location! Pretty porch area in a quiet neighborhood and just a couple minutes from Gruene Hall.

This was our second visit to this charming property. Everything is clean and well maintained and perfect for our needs. We love being to take early morning walks and watch the many deer in the neighborhood. We even saw twin fawns! Kathleen and Greg are absolutely the best hosts and we cannot wait to return.

We rate this place a 10! Very clean and comfortable. Nice quiet setting yet close to down town for sightseeing. The hosts were very friendly and literally on-call if needed. Hot tub was all preset and worked great! The little chocolates were also a nice touch!
