Location map inaccurate Apartment needs a bit of TLC, sofa broken, shower drain partially blocked No booklet on recycling location Very low ceiling in bedroom, very easy to bang your head. No bedding In general still worth the money.

Le studio est situé dans une résidence très calme avec piscine. Il est correctement équipé (clim, lave vaisselle, machine à laver...) Il dispose d'une belle terrasse et d'un jardin plutôt grand pour un studio. Je recommande cette location!!

Endroit agréable, au calme, logement bien équipé. Le port et plage à 15mn à pieds. Véhicule indispensable pour rejoindre les commerces et visiter la région. Cannes à 30mn par le bord de mer.

Situation très isolé 5 a7 kms du centre de théoule et des commerces ,la seul grd surface Casino la Napoule(tres cher) à 15, 20 kms. LES + très charmant petit studio mezzanine,pas de vis a vis,personnes au dessus appréciable pour la nuisance, le calme et le repos qui a était pour nous au mois de juillet,nous avons appréciez la clim,la terrasse ombragé pour le déjeuner ,le petit jardin avec c est transats,le parking sous sol,la piscine dans la résidence peu fréquenté ,et la plage a 10 mn a pied,retour un peu raide très pentu .(parking payant plage) LES - ,la salle de bain et la robinetteries devait être refait depuis 2011 ??? elle est un peu vétuste prévoir quelques réfections serait la bien venu,vu le prix demandé a la semaine,la mezzanine déconseiller au grand taille ,accès difficile vu une grosse poutre coupant l'entrée de l'escalier ,garde fou donnant dans l escalier peu fiable,pas de four dommage... je conseille cette location aux couples , personnes valide qui aime la marche et le calme

Avantages : très calme, proche plage, bonne literie en ce qui concerne le canapé, pk sous-terrain très appréciable par temps chaud, petit jardin, terrasse ombragée Inconvénients : petit, travaux de réfection a faire, on aurait aimé une douche plutot qu'une baignoire.

appartement au calme avec son petit bout de terrain mais il faut vraiment faire des travaux quant à la plomberie surtout ds la salle de bain il est presque impossible de prendre une douche ,les robinets fuient de toute part et l'eau chaude est au compte-goutte. c'est dommage car tout le reste est bien
