Violeta is amazing and accommodated our every need (including a last minute taxi). She went above and beyond. Breakfast was right on time and delicious. It was a treat to have our own personal buffet delivered to our room. The location is within walking distance to the main square and other sites. We loved our stay!

The woman who was there to meet us could not have been nicer or more accommodating. She was sorely understaffed but maintained a very pleasant attitude. The room itself was VERY spacious and quiet.

The outside of the building (street, sidewalk) was filthy and led to an impression that we were in a neglected, unsafe neighborhood. The parking lot was creepy and unattended despite being assured that someone would be there when we left early in the morning. Finally, the building itself is really poorly labeled because it is not on the street--it is on an inner courtyard. The only way we knew we were at the right location is I had the cell phone of the woman at the desk, who then met us on the street. Compared to prices in Noto, Taormina, Salina, and Siracusa, not a good value.
