Naca Suite

The rooms are unique and it was clean

The property is located inside a gated court yard difficulty to figure out exactly where it is. We use what’s app to communicate and you have reserve parking ahead, even though I said I wanted parking thru booking.com I guess the property operator needs you to co firm with them so it’s some confusion on where to park, we are on vacation last thing we need is a bunch of keys and directions to follow. there’s a lot of directions you need to follow, lots of keys to use at different parts of this property and different doors.

This place is a gem! The room was exceptionally nice, so spacious, gorgeous high ceiling, comfy bed, sweet balcony and modern, amazing jacuzzi and bathroom. The breakfast was extremely generous and delicious. Violetta came personally in the evening to let me in and very kindly show me around when my flight was late. This place is 5 stars.

Nothing.

Violeta, una persona muy atenta y amable.Nos espero y ayudo a la hora de llegada con el acceso del coche al garaje y al edificio. Excelente el recibimiento.

The woman who was there to meet us could not have been nicer or more accommodating. She was sorely understaffed but maintained a very pleasant attitude. The room itself was VERY spacious and quiet.

The outside of the building (street, sidewalk) was filthy and led to an impression that we were in a neglected, unsafe neighborhood. The parking lot was creepy and unattended despite being assured that someone would be there when we left early in the morning. Finally, the building itself is really poorly labeled because it is not on the street--it is on an inner courtyard. The only way we knew we were at the right location is I had the cell phone of the woman at the desk, who then met us on the street. Compared to prices in Noto, Taormina, Salina, and Siracusa, not a good value.
