Apartment in rez of garden entirely renovated, in residence located in 600m of the beach and trade, golf in 400m and classified 3 * with the departmental committee of tourism of Landes.
From June 1st to September 14th, the rental is 7 days minimum with arrival on Saturday
Housing
Its location on the outskirts of the residence and its small garden make it an asset.
Despite its capacity of 4 people it is ideal for 2 people.
The sleeping room "cabin" is a sofa bed and in the living room, the sofa bed is a system "rapido".
You can also eat outside, the studio is equipped with garden furniture and an electric barbecue.
Arrivals are from 15h and departures no later than 11 am.
The neighborhood
The calm, the proximity of the beach and the Landes forest are very significant.

Coming from the North, take the A63 Exit 12 and coming from the South, the A63 exit 11.
The nearest train station is 35km away in Dax and Biarritz airport 60km away. Buses serve the village Moliets and Maa.

2 bikes are available to enjoy the many trails in the forest

We stayed for one week and enjoyed the time a lot. The flat was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The terrace was great for eating outside and the bikes provided helped us explore since we came by bus. Jaques was very friendly and provided good recommendations for places to eat and explore. Clean and tidy property with up to date facilities give a relaxing holiday. At the same time it has a traditional feel so gives a calm relaxing ambience.
Location is perfect for us as not too far from beach and shops but enough to enjoy peace and quiet.

Location très propre et proche de toute commodité sans prendre la voiture ( plage, commerces , restaurants, activités ) et ça on a vraiment apprécié.
Le propriétaire très sympathique et soucieux de ses locataires.
