About this villa rental
Extraordinary villa in the Albaycín neighborhood with views of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. Private garden of 1070m2 with large pool. Main house: large living room, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus toilet, and tower with roof. Guest house for 4 people. Sauna.
All rooms have air conditioning and heating.
This beautiful Carmen, located in the upper part of the Albaycín and with very good access by car, has a main house of 450m2 for 8 people, a guest house of 80m2 for 4 people, and a leafy private garden of 1070m2 with pool of 12 x 7 m, and garage.
On the ground floor, the main house has a huge living room with fireplace and dining area with table for 10 people, a charming kitchen and a toilet, as well as a large hall. On the first floor is the master bedroom, with beautiful views, living area with fireplace, 55 ”television, and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and shower; a double bedroom with full bathroom, which is also accessed from the hallway; and another double bedroom. The second floor is formed by a tower with spectacular views of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada. Here is a conservatory with two single beds and a large roof terrace.
The guest house has a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, and a lounge on the first floor. Here is also the sauna, for 2 people.
In the garden there are all kinds of furniture to relax, as well as a table where 10 people or more can eat.

Ignacio was a helpful, attentive host and was a pleasure to communicate with. The home was out of this world beautiful and in a fantastic location. It was like living in paradise with the large gardens that protected us from the sun and of course, there is the pool....! Fabulous place and lovely host!

Location is unbeatable, Ignacio is very communicative and accommodating, and the house itself is bursting with character. Small grocery store 3 min walk away, restaurants just as close. Quiet residential neighborhood. Smart TVs, modern appliances, and comfy beds. Bring socks for the tile floor at night but cannot recommend enough!!

This was a wonderful experience. The house is right near the top of the Albaicin hill, with amazing views from the top floor and from nearby viewpoints. It is comfortable and full of character, with a beautiful garden. Our host Ignacio was unfailingly kind and helpful. He also recommended a local chef, Cata Brennan, who cooked us two extraordinary meals. The only thing you should know before booking is that taxis find it easier to stop in an adjacent street rather than reaching the house itself, since the gate to the house is in a narrow alley. But this is not a problem since Ignacio provides access and GPS instructions. Highly recommended!
