The view was unbelievable! The property was lovely and clean, towels provided as well as milk, tea and coffee, and some complimentary waffles. We loved the hot tub, too, looking out into that view. We were left undisturbed for the whole week, which was bliss.
Nothing! The only thing I can think of to improve is to perhaps provide extra towels that you can use after the hot tub. Also, just to note to the owner/maintenance, when it rained, the door panel without the handle leaked a little bit, which could cause issues over time. It didn't cause us a problem as it was just a few drips coming from underneath the window, and the rain didn't last long, but it does need seeing to.

Views were amazing from Shepherds Hut and the grounds were very well kept. Hot Tub was good.
Location was great for visiting the Elan Valley.
All the staff on-site were very friendly and helpful (Holidays Wales!)
There was nothing I didn't like about the property.
Disappointed with Sykes. After I had booked and paid in full, Sykes emailed asking me to contact them. I tried to phone them on numerous occassions both before & during my holiday but the 'wait time' just kept increasing rather than decreasing!. I emailed them - no reply. I couldn't use live-chat because this was for new bookings only. I eventually spoke to Holidays Wales who are on-site and they very kindly resolved the problem & said that I should be hearing from Sykes. As yet, I've not had any communication from Sykes

A novel and warm property, with a good shower, pleasant views (including red kites), and indulgent hot tub.
1) This property is not secluded as described: overlooked from all windows and throughout garden. Noise from bike track behind and family staying in adjacent property. Light pollution from security light outside 3rd hobbit house under going maintenance. It is in an isolated location but it is not a secluded one.
2) Property requires maintenance: Bathroom sink blocked. Mattress lumpy with uncomfortable springs. Window latch loose. Barbecue dirty and with bodged repairs. Grime around bathroom skirting.
3) Smaller than impression given by photos. Given the lack in of space, a few hangers on the rail would have been thoughtful!
Pleasant but in need of a some tlc and personal touches - Very much a business venture feeling to the site.
