Welcome to our holiday home "BaabeNixe 214"!
Have breakfast in the morning on the terrace, in the winter cozy in our light-flooded gallery, the crackle of the fireplace, enjoy the view of the snow-covered forest, that is pure relaxation! The exclusive, spacious establishment (about 90 square meters) with sauna, fireplace, reading area and underfloor heating at low heating costs (economical condensing gas spa) makes our beautiful beach house an idyll in every season.
The house has many extras, such. 2 baby cots, 1 high chair, free internet, 2 bedrooms with TV, large flat screen TV and music system in the living room u. V. M. Also on little things such. B. Toys (also Lego and sandbox toys) badminton rackets and pedal car as well as iron, ironing board and hair dryer was thought. You will not miss anything in this house. Be happy our guest.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Kinder konnten draußen rund ums Haus toben.
Viele Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, wir hatten auch einen mit dabei, war alles kein Problem!!
Herr Schäpan ist für Fragen und Anliegen sofort zur Stelle und hilft wo er nur kann!!
Das war sehr gut!!
Rundum war alles schicki und hatten einen sehr schönen erholsamen Familienurlaub ☺️

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und im Gegensatz zu den anderen Häusern anders geschnitten, was mal eine gelungene Abwechslung ist. Auch zusätzliche Ausstattung wie Fahrräder sind nicht selbstverständlich. Zusammengefasst ein sehr schönes Objekt.
Allerdings lies die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrigen. Leider gab es einige Stellen die nur schlecht und einige Stellen mehr, die schon sehr lange nicht gereinigt wurden. Das kreide ich aber nicht den Eigentümer an. Hier sollte man vllt über einen gewissenhafteren Reinigungsdienst nachdenken.
