Our 108sqm apartment on the ground floor offers you the space for it.
The apartment has 2 large terraces, allowing you to night can enjoy the sun from morning. The bright and airy living room with dining area, fireplace and underfloor heating provide comfort. An LCD TV, HiFi system with all common interfaces for their music, and a DVD player will not leave you bored.
2 bedrooms with double beds can comfortably accommodate 4 people. From both bedrooms you can see the 80 m distant sea. One of the bedrooms has another TV.
Two more people can spend relaxing nights in the spacious living area on the pull-out sofa bed (lying area 1.55 m x 2.05 m).
The highlight of this apartment is the large (15sqm) spa with double vanity, whirlpool, shower, toilet and large sauna.
A second bathroom with toilet and shower is also available.
In the well-equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, the dishwasher will do the rest.
Washer with heat pump dryer is also available.
The apartment is on the ground floor. The terraces are oriented to north-west and south-east.

Eine sehr schöne große Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sauna sehr schön, Whirlpool zweckmäßig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Auch im Winter eine gute Adresse.Strand Spaziergänge,danach Whirlpool u d oder in die großzügig geschnittene Sauna.

Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung mit genügend Platz für 2 Paare und einem Kind.
Bei Anreise waren wir sehr erfreut über die Aufteilung, den Ausblick auf das Meer und die Erreichbarkeit des Strandes, wie beschrieben.
Leider flachte die Euphorie nach und nach ab, als letztendlich Ausfälle bei den Elektronischen Geräten aufgetreten sind (Verschluss des Whirpools klemmt,Lampe in der Sauna zeitweise aus und der Wasserkocher,der nur ab und zu funktioniert hat). Die Sauberkeit, machte sich in den Ecken und unter den Gegenständen (wie Sofa) und in den Schränken bemerkbar. Leider haben sich dort Reste von Knabbereien und kleine Tiere versteckt, die bei Endreinigung übersehen worden sind,außerdem empfiehlt sich eigene Bettwäsche mitzubringen. Durch uns wurde Bettwäsche nachgeordert, welche vorerst nicht gebracht werden konnte und dann noch Flecken aufwies, die bei Reinigung scheinbar nicht entfernt werden konnten. Der volle Preis musste gezahlt werden. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt machte es Sinn,selbst für Toilettenpapier zu sorgen.
Grundsätzlich können wir uns vorstellen unseren Urlaub in Großenbrode zu wiederholen.
Es hat uns dort sehr gefallen und die Promenade ist sehr schön.
