This new holiday apartment located in the northwest of the island of Usedom - on the picturesque peninsula Gnitz, 2016 was completed and is ideal for couples or single travelers suitable.
On 24 m² living space is ample space to relax. There is a large double bed in the bedroom, in the living room a couch, a small galley kitchen with stove and microwave, and a bathroom with sink and toilet. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is also available, as is the parking at the house. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The south-facing terrace invites you to linger, grilling is there any time.
Quiet small pets are allowed on request.
Who apart from the bustle of the resorts are looking for peace, enjoy nature on the backwaters, but also do not want to make too far from the Baltic Sea vacation that is right here. The rural, quiet location ensures a relaxing holiday without having to forego the advantages of the seaside resorts on the Baltic Sea. Zinnowitz is about 6 km away and easily reached by car. By expanding the cycle route network but one is quickly on sandy Baltic beach by bike. If that is too much, which can swim in the backwaters.

uns hat es gut gefallen ´da wir schönes Wetter hatten und keinen Wohnungsurlaub notwendig hatten.Ein Hinweis:Der Vermieter sollte etwas für die räumliche Trennung im Wohn-Schlafbereich tun.Wenn ein Familienmitglied abends schlafen will ,der andere Teil aber fernsehen möchte ist dies nicht möglich.Im Wohnküchenbereich fehlt etwas die Gemütlichkeit wenn ein Fernsehabend notwendig sein müßte.Der steife2-Sitzer ist warlich nicht erholsam.Der äußere Sitzbereich könnte preisweit mit einemSonnensegel überdacht werden,.dem auch ein Regenschauer nichts ausmacht.Da das Quartier einen Hund zuläßt,sollte der Außenbereich umzäunt sein,weil die Straße 6m entfernt ist.
