We appreciated the ranch style home. It made it convenient for our kids, ages 6 and 4. The kids loved their bunk bed room with a TV. The pool was wonderful. The platform steps are nice for littles who can’t swim on their own but want to play. The foliage was beautiful around the pool and you could easily find a shaded area to sit or swim at any point during the day. The walk to the beach was simple. AMI is a relaxed, family oriented place. We would stay again.

Fantastic duplex because you don’t even know it’s a duplex. The neighborhood is quiet even when the roads on AMI and beaches are crowded. About a city block walk to the beach.
Rent a bike to get to some of the islands great spots since they’re all right there.
Our 3ed stay on AMI and we’ll be back sooner than later.

This house was average for our family of 6. The walk to the beach was short and the pool was great for afternoons and evenings after dinner. We had a few issues with the cleanliness of the home when we arrived. The pull out sofa bed had very dirty sheets and the trundle bed sheets were also dirty. Also, we got in town late Sunday evening, and very early Monday morning there were painters on site without notice. They were knocking on the door making sure they were at the correct house. Which we weren't for sure, since we had no idea they were coming.
Overall, we had a good stay. These were just a few issues we didn't expect and weren't notified of before our stay. The vibe of Anna Maria Island is very laid back and relaxing, making it difficult for us to be overly upset.
