About this house rental
House with pool of 4 x 8 m
Cumuruxatiba is a small fishing village with excellent tourist structure located 30 km from the land of the district of the municipality of Prado-Bahia, belongs to the Balearic Coast and is located between the Extractive Marine Reserve of Corumbau and the National Park of Discovery.
The house is in an area of 9000 m2 of land, home of the landlord at the entrance of the land, with stairs on the cliff to access the beach

Accommodations for 14 people, we provide bed and bath linen.
Upper floor
Suite 1 with terrace - king bed and TV and two extra beds
Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Bed, set box - turns into queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 Single Bed, set box - turns into queen bed
Lower floor
Suite 4 - 2 single beds box, can turn a double king bed and another bunk bed (standard single large), sleep 4 people
Suite 5 - 2 Single Bed
Chalet with balcony
can be rented separately for groups up to 6 people, with kitchnette: with sink, refrigerator 120 liters, microwave, stove and portable barbecue
wc complete, and veranda

The home cooking is excellent, clean and cooking, makes wonderful dishes, silly shrimp, muqueca, octopus, sweets etc
Above 10 people, needed one more helper.
The house is facing the beach Black Sand, access to the beach is by
a ladder we built on the property. The water comes from a well
artesian
Cumuruxatiba is 230 km from Porto Seguro (3 hours and 1/2), 30 km from Prado (land) and 110 km
km from Teixeira de Freitas (Azul has flights).
It is located in Areia Preta quarter, Av Areia Preta 315, the center of the town is 1.5 km from the house by the road, and 500 meters by the beach, there are supermarkets, pharmacy, some good restaurants and bars
Cumuruxatiba, has numerous beautiful beaches, Japara Grande, Barra do Cahy, Corumbau, Moreira Beach, Rio do Peixe Beach and boat trips to Corumbau
The pier is in the center and is distant from the house about 2 km

A casa é simplesmente maravilhosa, acordar com a vista do mar em cima da falésia é revigorante. As fotos do site reproduzem 100% da casa.
Sobre a caseira (Tia Suely): pensem numa comida boa de vó, é a comida de Tia Suely. É você estar em casa, mas com serviço vip de hotel. Sabe fazer tudo tipo de bolo, muqueca, camarão, molhos, saladas, muito bom. Até pizza fez pra gente e seu marido nos auxiliou a assar no forno que tem na casa.
Sobre Cumuruxatiba: as praias são lindas, a vila é super charmosa e tem bares, bons restaurantes e minimercados. Ao contrario que imaginei, cartão de credito são aceitos e vários lugares, até em peixarias.
Sobre a proprietária (Ligia): educada, objetiva, ágil e me deu suporte em todas as etapas da locação.
Resumo: Super recomendo!!!!!

Quando decidimos viajar, encontramos o anúncio da Casa Vista Linda, os comentários eram todos muito satisfatórios que era até difícil acreditar que existia mesmo um paraíso. Depois de uma longa conversa com o grupo, optamos por fecharmos a estadia nesta casa. Nos comentários falavam muito bem da receptividade da Dona Suely e das suas comidas maravilhosas, já viajamos apaixonados por esta senhora. Pois bem, não é mesmo que realmente o PARAÍSO que todos falam, existe! Ao chegarmos na casa já ficamos maravilhados com tanta beleza, e olha que chegamos a noite rs, dona Suely veio nos receber e nos cativou logo com o primeiro contato. Enlouquecemos com aquela casa de decoração maravilhosa e tão bem dividida! Ao amanhecer pudemos apreciar a beleza daquele ambiente! Que lugar Lindo e Perfeito! Nos apaixonamos literalmente! Pudemos aproveitar cada detalhe e lugar na casa e no quintal imenso! A vista do quarto principal é a mais perfeita de todas! Todos os quartos bem organizados e estruturados. A cozinha com todos os materiais e utensílios! Gente, realmente não tem o que reclamar! Enfim, se você que está lendo esse comentário estiver na dúvida se deve ou não ir para a casa Vista Linda, pode ter certeza que será seu melhor investimento! VALE MUITO A PENA! Fomos em 10 pessoas e saímos de lá com a certeza que voltaremos em breve! A casa é deslumbrante. Passamos três dias com muito conforto, roupa de cama e banho de excelente qualidade, bem como todos os utensílios da casa. A Sueli é uma excelente cozinheira e agradabilíssima. Indicamos a todos que desejarem férias nesse local lindo.

Tudo lindo e maravilhoso, passamos 05 dias nesse paraíso e realmente nos apaixonamos! A Vista Linda realmente faz jus ao nome da casa, acordar todos os dias e poder observar o nascer do sol, foi maravilhoso!
Suely, Débora e seu marido nos receberam muito bem! Suely um amor de pessoa, alem dos dotes culinários! ùnico detalhe que tivemos, duas idosas que estavam conosco nao conseguiram ter acesso a praia da casa, devido ao acesso, escadaria muito ingrame e apertada. Este é o único ponto a ser melhorado na casa, o acesso a praia é realmente díficil, mas existem outras praias proximas a casa que sao super acessiveis e maravilhosamente boas! Recomendo muito!
