Cannes, city center, ideally located between Hotel Martinez and Hotel Carlton,
70 meters from the Croisette and Rue d'Antibes, 7 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals.
Its location is ideal. Everything accessible by walk, you are in the center of Cannes and you can access anywhere in town.
Apartment of 30 m2 in a quiet and secure residence that can accomodate 2 people,
Located on the top floor with elevator,
Equipped with quality materials.
This apartment consist :
Secure entrance with access code and key,
entrance hall with cupboard /storage,
bedroom area with 1 double folding bed + storage,
1 living room equipped opening onto a furnished terrace and sea view,
1 fully equipped kitchen opening to living room and dining table,
TV, sofa, WIFI, air conditioning,
1 shower room with toilet.
## Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
## Interaction
I live in Cannes and am available by phone (SMS, Whatssap, calls) and can move me in case of problem for the smooth running of your stay. I will be in front of the building for the delivery of the keys to explain everything and answer your questions.
The check-in is between 15 hours and 20 hours. If the check-in is later than 20 hours, please contact me to arrange an independent check-in.
I also offer private concierge services on request, such as Shuttle services, household services or organization of tourist activities. Feel free to contact me for more information.
