Amazing property, centrally located, clean, friendly staff: both Jenny & Natalia are amazing people, very nice and patient with foreigners. Excellent breakfast choices
Not a problem, just an alert: property has no elevator/lift so if you can’t climb one or 2 floors, be advised.

Very pleasant room right in the heart of Labin’s Old Town. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was very spacious, and the room had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The hotel was fully booked, so breakfast could get a little crowded. Some guests tended to linger at the tables long after finishing their breakfast, which made finding a seat difficult at busy times.

This was my second (and won’t be last) stay in this mini boutique hotel with (I think) 7 rooms and all was again great… location wise it’s in the main square of the old town, always clean, the staff is punctual and cordial, the rooms are luxy and clean, the breakfast is A++. For how cozy and reliable it is I think Terra is also very reasonably priced. Only great things to say about Terra.
