Die Lage in dem Dorf ist wirklich sehr schön. Man fühlt sich total wohl und das Zimmer (wir waren im 3. Stock) war super stilvoll und sauber. Das Bett war bequem, die Klima hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Es waren wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Es gab leider keinen Fön und es wurde trotz 5 Nächten nichts gereinigt.

The property (which is not a hotel btw, it is a small building with 3 rental apartments owned by the same family, but there is no reception or staff presence on site /though they live just a few houses away and are responsive on request/) is located in the very center of a picturesque Istrian little town, overviewing the main town square. The apartment is extremely tastefully decorated, respecting the "genetics" of the old Venetian style building, combined with modern simplistic design. This is done with extreme care for detail throughout the entire building. The apartment is spotless and perfect (I cannot remember the last time I stayed in a Booking property where the bathroom was as spotlessly clean and with everything functioning /as opposed to usual things you see like shower cabin door being loose, mold in the corners, limescale yellow etc ... such a nice experience!). The combination of the old building style (designed to keep the interior cool during hot days) and the unobtrusive A/C maintained a pleasant inside temperature even during 40 degree C days. There is also a small shared sitting space and kitchenette in the ground floor, also tasteful and ideal to spend some family time if traveling with children (we as a couple were out and about constantly).

During our 5 day stay there was no cleaning whatsoever done in the apartment (unlike communal areas such as staircase which were cleaned regularly). While it was spotless to begin with and did not need thorough cleaning, it would have been nice if the staff emptied the trash can and replaced the towels every 2-3 days (or if the clean towels were available somewhere in the building for us to replace when needed). I guess with the property being named a "hotel", I expected some level of daily service to the rooms. I saw the apartment advertised for 3 or even 4 people, due to its fairly small area it is great for couples and maybe families with one small child, anything over that would be too crowded I think.
