About this house rental
"The Jetty". Once a WWII building, now a beautifully renovated beachside retreat. Unwind on the deck, sip by the fire pit, and take in stunning views of Moreton Bay and the Glass House Mountains. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a swim – pure bliss.
The rental, located in the township of Cowan Cowan, includes the entire residence, and contains a kitchen, 2 x bedrooms, 1 x bathroom, and an outdoor dining area.
*Please note that this property is fully off-grid and reliant on solar for power, rain/bore water for water, and septic for sewerage. Additional electrical items, particularly, those that generate heat (rice cookers, fry pans, hair dryers, hair straighteners etc), are not permitted to be brought to this property.*
Accommodates up to 4 guests.

Bathrooms:
Full bathroom excluding bathtub
The property has a starter pack which contains a limited quantity of commonly used items (soaps, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, tea, toilet paper, etc). As this property is self-catering you should bring all toiletries and kitchen consumables based on your usage and length of stay, particularly toilet paper.

We loved the neat and tidy cottage with water frontage. Everything was as we expected and Colleen was a delight to talk to as we sorted out the details. We'd stay here again for sure.

The BOM said there was a cyclone offshore with a massive surf warning and Cowen Cowen was still perfect. I’m almost hesitant to leave such a positive review because I don’t actually want other people knowing how great it is.... shhh, keep it secret.I’ve been visiting the island all my life, camped, stayed at bulwer, at tangalooma.... Cowen Cowen is by far the most serene and the Jetty was absolutely perfect for our family of four.Wish we could have stayed longer....sighI use to fly around the country for a living, I’ve travelled as far North as Cairns and down South to Tassie, SA, lived in the West for 5 years, up to Broome. But this is where I choose to take my family to get away from it ALL.
