SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations must pay a Security Bond of $1500.00 no later than the day prior to arrival.
CLEANING & LINEN FEES: All cleaning and linen fees must be paid when the reservation is made.

With 2 bedrooms this unit is great for smaller groups of 1-6 guests, fully self- contained unit with a good sized kitchen, fridge and deep freezer, gas stove/oven and a dining area.
This nicely presented home is quite quirky with a feel of beach and Bali inside. There are 2 bedrooms in this property both with king size beds and built in wardrobes, one of the bedrooms upstairs has an ensuite, plus a double sofa couch in the lounge room. There is a second bathroom downstairs. Great sized lounge room with Balinese furniture and a TV, lounge area opens out on the deck. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas stove top/oven, microwave, combined kitchen/dining area.
Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.

Absolutely magical stay at Cowan palms ! From the moment we arrived on the ferry, the stunning turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of Moreton Island set the tone for an unforgettable escape. We loved the easy access to the Tangalooma Wrecks for snorkeling – spotting turtles and colorful fish right off the shore was a highlight! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, It’s the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure – quiet enough for a peaceful getaway, but close to all the island action.If you’re dreaming of a pristine paradise just a short hop from Brisbane, book this now. We’ll be back with the whole family next time. Highly recommend – 5 stars all the way! ”
