With much love, we have furnished the apartment in one of the historic streets of Stade. You can expect light-filled rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with separate shower and a bath to relax. If you arrive by car you have the possibility to park the vehicle in front of the building. So you can conveniently invite and invite. In addition, you can park your vehicle at the Stadeum or in the Kaufland car park (very close by).

The living room:
Modern furnished apartment for 1-4 persons.
The approximately 65 square meter apartment has a bedroom, a living and dining room with integrated kitchen and a bathroom.
In the bedroom you will find two box spring beds of a total of 180x200cm which can be set individually or as a double bed. The wardrobe has enough space for your clothing.
In the living room there is a 1.40x2.00m large sofa bed for up to 2 people.
The big Smart TV incl. Netflix and Wi-Fi are available for free.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. The dining area for four people offers plenty of comfort.
In the bathroom you will find a shower, a bathtub, toilet and hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available.
A travel cot and a high chair can be found in the storage room.
The city can be easily explored on foot.

Access for guests:
The apartment has its own entrance. So you have 100% privacy! Access requires a smartphone (Apple or Android) and an internet connection (3G better LTE)!
If you want, you can make yourself comfortable in the garden behind the house. You reach the garden through the neighbor entrance. However, the garden is being prepared. Possibly. There are restrictions on usage. But I'm sure you'll find a nice spot in town!
