POLENTA Two-Bedroom Apartment is a 4 star Apartment. It is located in 5 minutes walking distance from town center and in 20 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 75 m2 and terrace is 40 m2. It is located on floor: 0. The accommodation has one air conditioner. Air conditioning is located in the living room. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The accommodation offers bicycles for guests to use.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 2 single beds + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable double). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).

We spent a wonderful weekend at the Polenta Apartment.
The apartment is modern, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you may need. The kitchen is perfectly fitted out (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), and parking in the courtyard is very convenient. The city center is just a pleasant 5-minute walk away.
The host was extremely kind and flexible.
We wholeheartedly recommend it!

One of the best accommodation in Rovinj with on site parking at a reasonable price. Near the old town. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Nice place to return! We really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious two bedroom, two bath with great kitchen. Hosts were easily contacted and very helpful. Spotlessly clean. Location was close to harbour, restaurants and stores in old town. We loved our stay in Rovinj!
