A estrutura do prédio e localização.
O imóvel precisa passar por uma dedetização, tem muita baratinha daquelas pequenas. A limpeza deixou a desejar, onde foi possível encontrar teia de aranha em várias partes do imóvel. Como o imóvel é antigo, está com cheiro de mofo. Quanto ao enxoval, deveria ser trocado (travesseiros, colchas de cama e toalhas).

A localização é muito boa.
O cartão falhou quase todos os dias, e eu sempre tinha que magnetiza-lo novamente na portaria. Além disso, o ralo do box não dava vazão à água, que acumulava.

Localizacao do partamento ao lado do Ginasio e da piscina
Falta de utensilios necesarios para confecao de refeicoes, mesmo depois de solicitados. De referir que foi uma das condicoes que solicitei no acto da reserva.
