**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.**

- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental
- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests
- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments
- Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants
- Resort is 5 minutes from Tanger Outlets and only 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, the Skywheel and the Myrtle Beach Board Walk.

We are extremely pleased with everything about our condo! The cleanliness, the size of the unit, the communication with iTrip, and the spectacular views of the pools, hot tubs, and ocean were perfect!

Condo was very nice and fit our group perfectly. Parking was a headache due to the large Thanksgiving crowd and deck was a good walk away, not for anyone with bad knees! Will avoid peak times next trip!

Checking in was very easy and fast. The room was better than described. Beds were extremely comfortable. Checking out was simple.
We will be using iTrip to plan our next vacation.

I feel that the resort needs to have vending machines, someone who answers the phone such as a front desk clerk. There wasn’t any employee who could help us.
Condo was wonderful, location was great! Needs more amenities.
The checking in and checking out company we had to deal with was absolutely ridiculous. The hours of operation were only 12-2 which is prime beach time for vacationers. We couldn’t get to “itrips” when it was convenient for the front desk clerk. Who was very rude and inconsiderate.
