Nice clean and has everything nesessary, close to the airport

Aprtment was nice and clean, very close to airport. Perfect spot before early departure. Extra nice faculty was coffe that was possible to brew in a morning.

It was quite hot, air conditioning would be great addition, but luckily there were few fans.

Comfortable appartment for 2 or 3 next to the airport.

We never met Federica but she was very helpful, providing check-in guidance with detailed videos and was available to provide transfer to the airport but it was not needed, as the village is only 25' away from the Arrivals/Departures terminal. Very wide and clean apartment downtown Orio Al Serio.

It was good for one night stay

Well equipped Bed was confortable and clean Good shower Check-in went smoothly

Overall, it was clean, but there was dust on the floor next to the bed and different smells coming from the drawers. The towels were clean, but smelled a little sour.

Good but to short for a proper review

no breakfast but we could make ourselves a mokka coffee from a very small coffee maker (for one?). Simple and quiet was very nice. but only stayed there for a few hours... from 01 in night until 10 o´clock next morning.

would be good to have wine glasses and a bigger coffee maker/machine.

The host helped us check-in on our own and book a taxi for midnight transfer to the airport. The place was clean and reflected the photos and it's convenient to go to the airport.

Fab for a late night flight arrival.

Great location to the airport. We were able to walk and it took about 20 mins. You turn right out of arrivals, walk past the air strip (on your right) and car parking (on your left). Just keep the air port to your right and you arrive at the small town. At the traffic lights, go straight over, then right and left. To return to the airport we took the hotel shuttle E10 for the family from 57 Res Hotel a couple of streets away to pick up our hire car. Apartment was clean and comfortable, just what we needed for a quick night. Great shower. Communicated via WhatsApp and paid via PayPal. Was sent videos for keys location. This was the day of our arrival.

There is no air con but the fans kept us cool. Would have preferred instructions a little earlier, so I could plan.

Cozy apartment

I was in the Orio 2 apartment, and we really liked it. It's on the first floor so it's easily accessible directly to the street. It's a small village beside the airport, you can literally walk there on a dedicated walkway around the boundary of the airport itself (20ish minutes), it's also lighted so doing it in the darkness is possible. The apartment itself felt very cozy and comfortable. It's spacious, clean, and you have a parish (with an old bell tower) right outside the bedroom window overlooking the street, the larger bed is a bit too soft for my liking (coil bed on a spring bed frame), the single bed is more comfortable. The ceilings are quite high, so it doesn't feel stuffy even with the windows all closed. Very well insulated PVC windows keeps out the noise of the planes

The check-in process was a bit complicated and could be refined a bit. You need to collect the keys from a separate address, and the apartment building has no number on it, the apartment inside the building has no door number, etc, so unless you watch the video very carefully it is easy to miss things, especially if you're carrying a lot of luggage and have screaming kids with you.

Conveniently located, but rather pricey

The apartment is very conveniently located if you need to catch a plane. It's in the small centre of Orio within walking distance of a bar and small grocery shop.

I understand the purpose of this accommodation (focusing on people catching flights and/or arriving), but the relatively high cost does not make it great value for money.

Perfect stay for if you're flying out of the Bergamo Airport !

The property was way bigger than we expected, has a dining room area with nice kitchenette. Nice view from the bedroom. Perfect stay if you're flying out from the Bergamo airport.

No aircon made it a bit difficult as doors and windows needed to be closed to try block out sound of planes taking off.

Did not meet expectations for a family of 3

Location was perfect if you have an early flight and do not want to rely on public transport. The bedsheets were clean and the towels were white and lovely

Unfortunately, this property did not meet expectations. It was advertised as having a dbl, single and sofa bed, but the sofa bed was not made despite being 3 people. Second, the sofa bed was heavily stained therefore rather uninviting. Thirdly, we found the apartment very stuffy, despite it being quite reasonable outside (25C), no aircon and the fans didn’t do the job. Lastly, I needed to warm up milk for my toddler but the hob didn’t work, and the microwave didn’t either (temporarily). It is extremely old and annoyingly it wasn’t plugged properly in its socket (that also had a large note not to touch) so I struggled to get it to work. By the time the host replied to my message asking for help, I was already up and about to leave (though I appreciate it was 7am). Not a place we will return to in a hurry. Ps. There was a storm outside overnight and the building had water in a fair few places - being on the second floor, was a bit tricky to handle luggage, child, pram while avoiding a slippery tiled floor.

Exceptional

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is situated in center of Orio, right behind the church. The distance from Bergamo airport was a 25 minutes walk, but 20 minutes we walk on the alley that is surrounding the airport. Since we only spent a night and left in the morning at 4 a.m. , we felt very safe walking on that alley, near the airport fence.

Handy location for airport overnight.. We got taxi there on arrival at night, €20, and walked back next morning 20-25 mins on a safe pathway. Communication with host very good, clear messages with self check in/out instructions. Good food recommendation for late night.

Entry slightly confusing but apartment nice.

It was great for what we required, one night. We caught the bus from street down the road to Bergamo centre. Woild stay again now we know how to find it.

Collecting the key was a bit confusing had to ask for help, it was dark and my Google map wouldn’t work. The key safe box had number 3 and the key tag had number 4 which we never noticed until we walked into the number 3 apartment and was really embarrassing. The couple said this has happened a few times. Number 3 apartment belongs to a couple who are residence, the other doors didn’t have a number so we guessed which one to try the key. I would say it took us 25-30 mins walk, maybe we were slower as we had cases.

I enjoyed at my maximum the stau at Carlo’s and Federica, amazing people, apartment was clean, well equipped, I found there everything was necessary. Also, I’d like to mention the hospitality of the host, how caring and friendly they are. When I come back to Orio al Serio, I’m staying there for sure

It looks far away from airport but actually it is super easy to walk there! We came super late to Bergamo but Federica helped us with self check-in. It was really nice.Whole apartment was smelling nice, super clean and warm for winter time. Our both balconies had good view. They leave coffee and tea and clean dishes!! I would probably stay one more time if i come. Totally recommended!! We love it!!

Not very welcoming but to spend one night it's fine.

Its very close to the airport, you can safely walk for 25 min, no need to get a cab. They were there at the exact agreed time to give us the keys. The flat was clean, the bed and bathroom were decent.

The pictures were much nicer than the actual house. Very poorly decorated, in terms of comfort i did not like at all. If you need to sleep a few hours it is acceptable, but one cannot say its a nice accommodation :(
