Apartment Midi Loft - A Central Chamonix Mountain Haven

It was rather difficult to find the Agency managing the property, despite the address and GPS. After travelling from Australia to Milan,then from Milan to Chamonix by bus one becomes rather tired, and having to deal with heavy suitcase and the odd description of the location of the Agency (the Agency knew that GPS was directing people to go under the train tracks via tunnel - with a help from a local resident - there was an easier way to get there. Even a couple of additional signs pointing from the main street to the office would have been helpful. I left my suitcase in a vicinity of the apartment - very kind people - and went looking for this Agency so I could get the keys.

L’appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé. L’appartement est très bien agencé avec des grands placards pour ranger les affaires.

Il y a une boîte de nuit ouverte du mardi soir au dimanche soir de 23h à 6h du matin située au RDC de l’immeuble d’à côté. L’isolation sonore est très mauvaise et on entendait très fort les bass et la musique toutes les nuits. Difficile de se rendormir si on se réveille au beau milieu de la nuit. Il y a des nuits où c’était pire que d’autres, nous pensons que le gérant ne respecte pas toujours la limite de décibels autorisée, ce qui rend le séjour assez désagréable. D’autre part le ménage est fait mais laisse à désirer, on trouve de la saleté un peu partout si on regarde un peu (sols, poussière, vaisselle qu’on doit parfois relaver, hotte très grasse dans la cuisine etc.)
