Location was good, the pool was fantastic for people with children. The kitchen is good it all you need it, there are old some of them but you can use it. Good pillows, good rooms, the terraces are very nice!!
I didn't like that it wasn't written on booking about cleaning: we have to pay 500 euro for cleaning in the middle of our trip and on the our leaving. Why to pay an the last day of our days??? We benefit only one time of clean towels for instance of course we had clean them of arrival. We spend 14 days at the villa with cleaning towels in the 7 th day of used it. We are not fancy people but we had showers every days two time per day because of weather more than that we had small children and sometime they clean the hands of diff colors or diff kind of plays on the towel.
Also we had to pay 300 euro for guarantee..... and they kept this money because the Italian Service of the garbage didn't pick-up the garbage as it is written in the instructions. The Manager of villa didn't trust us that we got the boxes with specific garbage at the entrance of the yard so we were penalty. Actually the manager didn't trust any more in any circumstances...all the time it was out fault.... The villa hasn't safe box..... on the first time when the ladies came for cleaning it disappear money from my wallet and the manager wrote me that I spend it and I forgot....so ugly from her side!!!! The Manager was up sad that I let the used towels on the floor on the departure.
