A nice place to stay

It was a spacious, well equipped property. It was in a good location and we especially enjoyed the pizza restaurant round the corner from the flat.

On the description it said toiletries were provided… this amounted to a small bar of soap. It shouldn’t show in the photos or the description as this was misleading.

Home away from home ! The apartment was fabulous and we enjoyed every minute of our stay visiting friends and exploring the beautiful Suffolk countryside and plentiful coffee shops. Loved the attention to detail (hot towel rail) and thermostats in every room. Furniture and fittings luxurious. Only a couple of minor points to note... could you please put an anti-slip mat in the shower tray and also we couldn't find the switch for the two lights above the sink. We definitely hope to come back. Already looking forward to our next stay at Deben Wharf.

We had a lovely weekend in Woodbridge, eating, shopping, drinking, sharing time with family.

Excellent location, close to town, river walks,pubs & shops. Flat well equipped - found most things that we needed. Beds comfy, rooms and apartment really spacious, lovely bathroom & showers. I hadn't realised that you look out the bedroom window & the train is opposite - this wasn't a problem, as we were awake, but just to bear in mind inf you like a lay in!!

Although the room as a whole appeared clean, there was a few little things that could have been improved: 1. A dirty oven glove with food on left for our use. 2. A very stained and dirty looking tea towel (although washed), probably best used as a floor cleaning cloth! 3. The teeny tiny balcony - grubby, dusty, cobwebby, not cleaned. 4. Large bedroom - thick dust on the cabinets - definitely not cleaned for a while. 5. Walking barefoot on the wood floor, felt was walking on bits.....

Great location, lovely apartment

Great apartment with really lovely views over the town. Despite the railway being so close it was very quiet and having the dedicated car park space made it very convenient. Well appointed and loads of room

As previously mentioned, getting into the flat was pretty clunky as messages how to get in were unclear. It didn't help that the wrong code had been sent through however having overcome that hurdle it was pretty easy to access. There were quite a few "do's " and "don'ts" which were bit unnecessary and almost threatening such as the parking disc and glass being left in the house. A welcome pack with some basics would have been helpful.

Lovely, high end apartment.

Spacious apartment, great facilities and very clean. We found our stay comfortable and the central location in Woodbridge was ideal for mooching around the lovely high street, the quay and riverside walks.

For us the bed was too soft and the pillows non supportive but this is our personal view and others may find them comfortable. We felt that some instructions were confusing and out of date, such as an envelope in the apartment that said bin cupboard key, when it was on the keyring. Small things.

Great apartment in a superb location

This is our second time staying in the apartment and we love it. Very nice, modern apartment in a great location. Our young children love watching the trains go by from the balcony!

Can get hot at night in the bedrooms during the Summer but the host did provide some fans which was appreciated

No frills, clean and efficient. Suited our purpose perfectly.

It is all perfectly functional and everything worked well. Location was excellent. I did the National Trust suggested walk directly from the apartment and it was excellent!

If looking for something with character this isn’t it, it’s a functional building shared with long term residents. But it was clean and efficient! Absolutely nothing left as a welcome pack, not even milk so stock up before you arrive.

We were not given all the information to get access to the building and had to ring for help , No shampoo or shower gel We felt the 5.00 check in was late and the 10.00 very early .

Great modern apartment in a perfect location

Fantastic modern apartment situated in a great location in Woodbridge. The kitchen and lounge area is great and provided a comfortable living space during our break. The apartment is well equipped and provides a home from home! The wharf area below is very nice with the coffee shops and restaurants and a great place for walks along the waterside.

The apartment gets very warm (considering the temperature outside was cool) and despite having portable fans it was a bit uncomfortable at night. Air conditioning would be a good addition in the bedrooms if possible.

Beautiful apartment in a great location- spoilt by impossibly hot bedrooms that could not be cooled

The bedrooms were roasting hot and it was not possible to cool them down. The fans made no difference and the window could only be opened a couple of inches. The bedrooms NEED air conditioning. The place is a hot box!

Superb

Great location, clean and spacious apartment, well stocked with kitchen equipment, apart from microwaveable glassware. Some dry food stuffs left in cupboard which were useful, but no washing up liquid. All automated so no staff in site, but no problems fire us. Lift access also great,!

Lack of washing up liquid and m microwaveable Pyrex bowls! Also cheap dishwasher tablets we're unusable and unfit for service. Luckily, there were two Fairy capsules which worked ok and rectified the shocking cloudiness least y by the cheap ones. The bedroom was a bit stuffy at night as you could only pop open the window a crack.

Yes its summer but all the windows have cable locks so they can only be opened an inch - even with the balcony doors open the apartment was stifling/un-comfortably hot - particularly the bedroom - 2 fans were supplied but alas I would not use it again in summer - maybe not helped being the top flat.
